If you receive a shipment from us and something looks wrong — inconsistent wall thickness, a cap that engages too easily, tamper bands that break without resistance — tell us. We will replace the affected units at our cost and investigate the batch.
Certifications like EN ISO 8317 cover the container and closure together, as a system. A counterfeit cap on a genuine bottle invalidates the certification — regardless of what the label says. If your product needs a Declaration of Conformity for PPWR, the packaging component underneath has to be the real, tested article. Buying from an authenticated supply chain is not a nice-to-have; it is what your compliance paperwork is standing on.
Squeeze a Unicorn bottle — real ones flex and return, counterfeits buckle or dent. Test the cap engagement with light thumb pressure — real CR caps require the two-step press-and-turn. If you can twist it off one-handed, it is not certified.
