EU warehouse — real stock, ships from the Netherlands

We hold physical stock in a warehouse in the Netherlands. When you place an order, we ship from there — not from a partner site in another continent, and not on a container that has yet to leave a port.

What 'EU stock' means in practice

It means the units you order are physically in Europe when you order them. Import duty has been paid. Import VAT has been paid. Customs paperwork is filed and closed. There is nothing left to clear.

For you that translates to: an order placed before our cut-off ships the same business day; anything after ships the next morning. Delivery to Benelux is typically 1 business day; to Germany, France, and most of Northern Europe 1–2 days; to Southern Europe 2–3 days.

Why this is cheaper than importing directly

A direct US import looks cheap on the price list until you add duty (paid at the border), import VAT (paid on goods + freight + duty), airfreight or sea freight, customs brokerage, and the working-capital cost of waiting weeks for delivery. For anything smaller than a full container, buying from EU stock lands cheaper — and immediately.

Dutch VAT invoice

Every order ships with a Dutch VAT invoice. VAT-registered buyers in other EU Member States receive an intra-community supply invoice (reverse-charge). Non-EU buyers export with the applicable documentation. Your accounting team gets clean paperwork; nothing exotic to reclaim.

FAQ

Where exactly is your warehouse?

In the Netherlands. The exact address goes on your shipping documentation and invoice.

What is the order cut-off for same-day dispatch?

Contact us for the current cut-off — it depends on the carrier and destination country. In most cases, orders placed before mid-afternoon go out the same business day.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, though the tax treatment and lead time change. Contact us with the destination country and we will quote.
